Our Benefits Campaign for RTD was conceptualized to showcase the organization's distinctive offerings in a visually captivating and compelling manner. Rooted in vibrant, eye-catching photography and complemented by illustrated benefits and unexpected headlines, the campaign aimed to pique curiosity and drive engagement.
Deploying a multimedia mix, the campaign encompassed a diverse range of channels to maximize reach and impact. Print ads, bus shelter ads, and billboards adorned city streets, while on-vehicle advertising blanketed the entire bus and rail fleet with exterior and interior ads. Digital marketing efforts spanned display advertising, Google search ads, audience sponsorship, social media promotions, and targeted advertising on diversity sites, ensuring comprehensive coverage across online platforms.
Eblasts emerged as a particularly effective tool for reaching potential candidates, boasting an impressive 16% open rate and a 14% click-through rate, surpassing industry standards. These targeted communications served as a direct conduit for delivering compelling benefits messaging to interested individuals.
