In our recruiting campaign for the Regional Transportation District (RTD), authenticity was key. By featuring real employees – bus drivers, rail operators, and mechanics – in a series of compelling ads, we aimed to humanize the RTD workforce and make it more relatable to potential recruits. Each ad showcased the friendly and approachable nature of our team members, emphasizing their integral role in keeping our community moving forward.
The campaign was comprehensive, spanning across various platforms to maximize visibility. From full-page ads in local publications to targeted online advertising and engaging email blasts, we ensured our message reached a wide audience. Bus shelter and billboard ads adorned city streets, while eye-catching light rail wraps depicted drivers on one side and mechanics on the other, showcasing the diversity of roles within RTD.
The impact was tangible. The campaign not only generated significant traffic to our job landing page but also maintained steady engagement throughout its duration. Notably, we observed noticeable spikes in traffic on days when various marketing tactics were deployed, underscoring the effectiveness of our multi-channel approach in driving recruitment efforts forward.
